NexusLite and Java 7 Update 51 Sicurezza

When working with our NexusLite product, make sure you have the latest firmware installed. You can check in the downloads section to see the current released version.

If you open the NexusLite control panel via your web browser and are prompted with a security message like the one below, then you will need to add a site exception for Java to bypass security, or lower your security settings in Java to allow for the NexusLite program to run.

To lower the settings, you will need to open the Java configuration panel and click the security tab. (For detailed instructions on finding your Java Control panel, click here.)

Then add the site http://nexuslite to the list. If you are using another DNS name other than nexuslite, or are using an IP address, make sure to use your information instead.

• Domain based (LDAP) user group addition now includes a search tool to help user rights administration when dealing with large domains.
• Windows XP is no longer supported.

Nexus versione Lite 2.24 firmware has been release and is available in our downloads section of the website and by clicking below. Spanish version will be available soon.

Bugs fixed:

• Fix for Mifare tag reading during screen enrollment.
• New version Applet (software V2.16) to fix problems when run with Java 7 Runtime Environment.

NexusLite controller supportano correntemente tutti i lettori Wiegand Amano, Amano MDR/MDK and select third-party Wiegand readers.

They do not support barcode or magstripe readers. For applications where these readers are required, please contact Amano tech-support.

MDR / MDK cablaggio Recomendations

Si prega di notare che Cat5 [Gatto 6] non sono adatti per l'installazione MDR / MDK unità.

Anche se il cavo è valutato AWG 24 (sezione conduttore > 0.2mm2), i doppini e l'isolamento del conduttore sottile provoca notevole cross-talk che provoca problemi di trasmissione dei dati che colpisce la rilevazione, funzionamento e gli aggiornamenti firmware delle unità di MDR. A causa della resistenza nominale dei cavi DC la caduta di tensione è troppo grande per la MDR a lavorare presso la nostra distanza massima specificata.

Vi informiamo che Cat 5 cavo è specificamente progettato per Ethernet e le sue comunicazioni ad alta velocità utilizzando coppie differenziali.
